The Frankfurt soup raised its head in the humble bourgeois families between the two world wars, for those who did not have enough beef to cook soup from the sausage. After the Second World War, and especially in the fifties, it had already advanced into a status symbol, since at that time sausages were already a luxury. The people, who were killed with kale, then turned on it in the seventies, so the Frankfurt soup became a typical canteen in the eighties, and the change of regime did not change this state either.

For those who like soup from the marriage of kale and sausages, it doesn’t matter if it’s cool or not, the point is to enjoy it.
